 Forged through discipline, duty, and years of frontline experience, Micheal Perez leads Valor Safety Company with the same mission-focused mindset he developed in the United States Army. As a former Team Leader, firefighter, HazMat technician, rescue specialist, and federal law enforcement instructor, Micheal brings a battle-tested approach to protecting America’s workforce.

With more than 750 hours of certified fire, rescue, and hazardous materials training, and extensive experience in high-risk environments from refinery response to emergency operations, construction sites, and federal facilities Micheal understands safety not as a checklist, but as a responsibility.  

His law enforcement career sharpened his ability to assess threats, train personnel, and implement real-world safety measures. As a Federal Police Training Officer and Patrol Supervisor, he led teams through emergency response, defensive tactics instruction, safety inspections, and risk-reduction protocols experience that now defines his tactical consulting style.  

In the construction sector, he oversaw complex residential and commercial projects, ensuring OSHA compliance, site safety, contractor coordination, and strict quality control across every phase. These combined fields give him an unmatched perspective: the ability to see risks before others do and the skill to eliminate them with precision.  

Today, Micheal leads Valor Safety Company with a warrior’s discipline and a protector’s heart.
